Chauffeur Network Partner Agreement

Between Discreet Chauffeur Network (operated by Sovereign Sweep Limited, “The Network”) and the Approved Fleet Partner (“The Operator”).

1. Purpose & Scope

  • This Agreement outlines the terms under which The Network introduces executive travel bookings, airport transfers, corporate roadshows, and private VIP client itineraries to The Operator on a dispatch and referral basis.

2. Dispatch & Commission Structure

  • Booking Referral: The Network routes client requests and confirmed itineraries directly to The Operator via email or WhatsApp dispatch.
  • Commission Rate: The Operator agrees to pay The Network an agreed 15% referral commission on the gross subtotal of every fulfilled booking introduced by The Network.
  • Payment Terms: Commission invoices are issued upon booking confirmation or at the end of each billing cycle, and are payable within 7 business days of job completion.
  • Repeat Business Clause: Any direct re-booking made by an introduced client with The Operator within 12 months of the initial job remains subject to the standard 15% referral fee.

3. Standards of Service & Vehicle Requirements

  • Vehicles: Modern, immaculate executive vehicles (Mercedes S-Class, V-Class, Range Rover, BMW 7 Series or equivalent luxury grade), no older than 4 years, thoroughly detailed inside and out prior to every pickup.
  • Chauffeur Presentation: Professional dark business suit, tie, polished footwear, and punctual arrival at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup.
  • Client Amenities: Complimentary bottled mineral water, onboard Wi-Fi, functioning mobile charging cables, and climate control set to client preference.

4. Confidentiality & Discretion (NDA)

  • Strict Privacy: The Operator and its chauffeurs must maintain absolute discretion regarding the identity, itinerary, conversations, and personal affairs of all passengers.
  • Non-Solicitation: Chauffeurs must never distribute personal business cards, solicit direct tips, or market independent services directly to introduced clients during or after the journey.

5. Licensing & Insurance Compliance

  • A valid Private Hire Operator Licence issued by the local licensing authority (e.g. TfL or relevant City Council).
  • All assigned drivers hold valid Private Hire Driver Licences and standard criminal record (DBS) clearance.
  • All vehicles carry fully comprehensive Hire & Reward Insurance and public liability cover of no less than £5,000,000.
